We want you to feel confident buying from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to sort it out.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Change-of-mind returns may incur return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us via our Contact page with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief description of the issue (and photos if applicable)

Our team will respond with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Exclusions

The following items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items (if stated at time of purchase)

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Your Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
